Company Overview

The Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Service Corporation operates communities in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky, serving the nation’s growing older adult population. Services provided include independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and Alzheimer’s care as well as wide-range of rehabilitative therapies.
FSCSC also manages home and community-based health services in Indiana, a shelter for women and their children who are survivors of domestic violence in Indiana, a program that increases access to Catholic High School for young urban women on Chicago’s north side who are experiencing economic difficulties and affordable senior housing communities in Illinois and Kentucky.
