A Legacy of Serving Seniors
LifeStream Complete Senior Living has a 40-year legacy of serving Seniors. The organization, now in its fourth decade, is a faith-based, nonprofit organization offering a complete spectrum of accommodations and services for the Senior adult community in the greater Phoenix area. LifeStream has four unique communities across the valley, with a variety of living arrangements and services including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-term Skilled Nursing and Short-term Rehabilitation.
Our unique and homelike settings, programs and services have continually pushed forward over the years, always incorporating industry best practices. They have been further designed to not only serve our Residents, but also to educate Residents’ families and the community at large on the value of Seniors in our society. LifeStream empowers our Residents to have enriching relationships with their loved ones—whom we are privileged to also call our “family.” Our communities provide a warm, real-home environment where everyone feels loved, needed and a part of something bigger than themselves.
We welcome Seniors of any faith, including no faith, to live in our communities. We are compelled by our Christian foundation, our statement of faith and our Biblical calling to provide compassionate care and an enriching community to all.
Company History
LifeStream Complete Senior Living was founded more than 40 years ago in 1975 as the Arizona Baptist Retirement Centers. Since that time, LifeStream has grown from a single 7-acre plot of land on the outskirts of Phoenix to four not-for-profit, faith-based communities providing all levels of senior living options including independent living in residential homes, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care across the Valley of the Sun.
